With over two decades of experience in HR leadership across retail and FMCG sectors, June Beh brings a strong track record in human capital management, coaching, and organisational development. As Head, Group HR at Chemical Company of Malaysia, she is expected to lead the company’s workforce transformation initiatives, aligning HR strategy with business growth and employee engagement.

She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at TGV Cinemas and held key HR roles at GMG and Starbucks Coffee Malaysia.

Beyond corporate leadership, June is actively involved in the Toastmasters community. She currently serves as Pathways Lead for District 51 and recently completed her term as Area Director of Venus Toastmasters Club, an all-ladies platform dedicated to empowering women leaders. Her passion for leadership extends into the arts as well, with a keen interest in Chinese ink painting and calligraphy.

In her new role, June is expected to lead workforce transformation initiatives at Chemical Company of Malaysia, aligning HR strategy with business growth and employee engagement.
