A HR practitioner for two decades, KC Loo’s experience ranges from banking, oil and gas, brewery and pharmaceuticals to an early career in marketing. She is known for her energy, contagious personality and leadership in driving workforce agility, strategic organisation development (focusing on change and workforce transformation), talent acquisition and development, coaching and performance management.

KC holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She also had a short stint in executive education at Ashridge UK and University of Minneapolis, US.

A Certified Coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute, Australia and also serves as industry panel of several renowned universities, KC’s experience and exposure have allowed her to champion the people’s strategic agenda and priorities.
