Ms Loo Keat Choon (KC) joined OCBC Bank in 2019 as Head of Learning & Transformation before being appointed Head of Human Resources in May 2025, where she plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. With over 25 years’ experience in HR and sales & marketing, the latter drawn from the early part of her career, she brings with her a holistic approach to talent development, workforce transformation and organisational effectiveness. Prior to joining OCBC Bank, she worked at MISC, HSBC, Accenture and Shell where she developed her HR and organisational skills. KC holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She also holds a Certified Coach qualification from the Behavioural Coaching Institute, Melbourne.
