As an HR Practitioner, Kelly has spent more than 20 years in his professional career spanning from local businesses to multinational corporations covering the APAC region. He carries with him great experience in transformative HR initiatives, performance and talent management as well as engagement strategies to create dynamic workplaces and fuel organisational growth. In various progressive roles, he has worked at Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), BPPLAS, then-Danaher companies (Portescap & KaVo) and Wilhelmsen Ship Management. Currently, he is the Regional HR Director APAC with Kardex, a smart intralogistics solutions provider.

Kelly holds an MBA from Lancaster University, UK and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore. Presently, he is based out of Kuala Lumpur.

Kelly is passionate about helping realising potential in people and partnering with business leaders in creating an environment for people development where individuals could flourish and bring the organisations to greater success.
