Kevin Ng has over 2 decades of experience in both Corporate Human Resource and Human Resource Consulting. He is well verse in developing and implementing full strategic HR Solutions (transformation projects) as well as setting up HR frameworks in new start-ups which cover all aspects of Human Resources. Throughout his career, he was involved in HR pre and post-merger implementation initiatives including downsizing exercise of large organization within the Telecommunication and Financial Sectors.

Kevin’s key strengths include the application of HR solutions to the business as he has vast experiences across multiple industries (Telecommunications, BPO/SSC, Financial Institutions (Islamic and Conventional Banks), Government Sovereign Fund, Power and Energy, Construction and Engineering and Holding Company Structure) with different business lifecycle. These experiences provide him the edge in understanding and linking HR solutions to key business performance measures.

Kevin is also well versed with Hay, Mercer and Towers Watson’s compensation and benefits survey methodologies in the various industry and countries. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
