Khim has about 30 years of experience in Human Capital Management, specialising in talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. She has held senior roles encompassing the financial sector, international professional services, information technology, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial retailing across local and Asia-Pacific region, covering 14 countries.

In the course of her career, Khim has served at local conglomerates and large multi-national companies including Alliance Bank, AIA Malaysia, British American Tobacco, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Maybank, and TA Enterprise.

An accomplished leader and a passionate coach, Khim has transformed and built stronger HR and business teams as well as strengthened critical talent pool and succession pipeline including C-suite in the last few organisations she served. With her unconventional mindset, she also introduced best practices and revamped the talent management, learning and leadership interventions to enhance competence and engagement of different levels of employees. She drove the people change management for business transformation, M&A exercise and cultural integration for varied industries including consulting and financial institutions. She is working on ESG remuneration framework to drive the sustainability agenda, which is a key lever in the banking industry today.

Khim is an International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified Coach. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. She was recognised as 40 Most Influential HR Leaders Across South East Asia by Peoplehum.com, March 2022.
