Lilaj is an HR practitioner with a passion for the world of People, boasting a career spanning over 17 years since graduation. Her diverse experience encompasses the F&B, IT, Banking, and Construction industries, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.

For more than three years, Lilaj served as the TA Head for MY & SG operations, spearheading recruitment efforts across the Asia-Pacific region, including SEA countries, Australia, New Zealand, India, America, and Africa. Her dedication to guiding talents onto the right career path is evident through her active participation in various seminars, conferences, and university career talks, aimed at inspiring and nurturing the aspirations of young talents.

Lilaj currently holds the position of leading the People & Communications Services team at KONE Business Services, APM. Under her leadership, the team strives for high performance, working collaboratively to achieve success alongside the business. Lilaj’s objectives include the establishment of efficient processes to enhance productivity and support team efficiency. She places a strong emphasis on fostering collaboration and breaking down silos to cultivate partnerships with stakeholders. Moreover, Lilaj is committed to Lean management principles, ensuring minimal waste and maintaining a continuous focus on building a sustainable work environment for all.
