Ching Mun has more than 23 years of working experience in various industries, including local conglomerates and the Big Four of consulting and auditing firms. She is currently the Head of HR of Celebrity Fitness, CHi Fitness, FIRE Fitness, Fitness First & GoFit Malaysia which is part of the Evolution Wellness Group that operates a diversified portfolio of fitness brands across six Southeast Asian countries. Prior to that she was managing the full spectrum of HR functions in Robinsons and the RSH Group of Companies which manages well-known retail brands of Marks and Spencer, Robinsons Departmental Store, Royal Sporting House, Ted Baker, Old Navy, bebe, Zara, and Massimo Dutti.

Ching Mun has been involved in various areas of HR such as recruitment and manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, organisational development, performance management, process and policy reviews, and takes being a strategic business partner seriously.
