Manu Widge is currently leading the Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific and India region and is also the Global Employer Branding lead based at Huntsman Corporation, he is based out of the Malaysian Headquarters, part of the Global COE Team where his responsibilities include delivering business results through integrated people strategy in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and University connect program

Manu has 16 years of experience and has been credited with building and leading best-in-class Teams across diverse industries and regions, He been instrumental in leading Human Resource initiatives in the domain of Business Partnering, Employee Engagement and Talent Management.

Mr. Widge firmly believes that strong organizational values and an inclusive work environment are core to the sustainable growth of business and the development of an organization.
His areas of expertise include Talent mapping and building diverse teams through strategic hiring, competency assessment and employee relations.

Companies that Manu has worked with include Lupin, Axis Asset Management Company Limited (Axis Bank) and Future Group. He regularly interacts with students and youngsters across universities and guides them passionately in regards to building their careers in the formative years, upskilling themselves and how to tackle interviews across management schools and the corporate world.

Mr. Widge has an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Amity Business School, Noida. He is a trained competency assessor and cherishes his experience as a Radio Jockey during his student days and uses his oratory skills to good use.
