Monsy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in the United States. Having had a few stints in marketing related roles in her early years of her career in a bank and multinational oil & gas company, she transitioned to HR in the professional services industry.

Armed with more than a decade of experiences in various HR roles and professionally qualified as a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), she is now the Executive Director for the People, Performance and Culture team for KPMG in Malaysia. Her unique blend of marketing and HR experience has put her in good stead to champion the People agenda and help support the leadership team in driving their overall business agenda and strategic priorities.

Among the achievements met recently was KPMG being crowned as the number 1 Consulting firm by the Graduates’ Choice Award 2020/2021 and being ranked number 4 overall in the Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers Award 2020. In her free time, Monsy enjoys hiking, yoga, reading & watching movies.
