He had led his team to numerous recognitions including award for “Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad” Award for the Large Service Sector at the Human Resource Development (HRD) Awards 2017 & 2019 and the HRDF Pearl Award 2019. He was also recognized as 101 Top Global HR Minds for hotel industry at The World HRD Congress 2019 in Mumbai, India.

Vicknesh is a Certified Human Resource Professional and earned his executive master degree in business management from University Malaysia Pahang.
