Nancy is the Global Learning Engagement Manager at Tetra Pak, who with their customers make food safe and available, everywhere.   She possesses over 20 years of vast HR experience, predominantly in the Financial Services, Information Technology and Manufacturing industries.  

In her current capacity as the learning partner to the business, she is instrumental in enabling decisions on learning priorities, business impact and engagement methods to be optimised through data analytics and designing engaging digital learning experiences.
