Rajeswary is a learning and talent development architect with over 25 years of experience in multinationals, large local organisations, government statutory body and government-linked companies across several sectors including financial services, telecommunications, technology, postal and courier. She has proven credentials in crafting learning strategies which builds business capabilities and drives revenue performance.

Currently leading the Talent Management and Learning & Development team at Carro, Rajeswary is an excellent communicator and collaborator, who believes in the power of right conversations to build trust and to bring changes. With the rapidly evolving technological advancements, she is excited over the Future of Work and Learning; and hopeful that learning will become more accessible, inclusive and focused in the flow of work and life.

Rajeswary holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner & a Certified HRDC Trainer.
