Shankar is currently the Vice President of Clarivate Global Business Centre in Penang. He was the Global Lead for HR Shared Services Operations with IHS Markit and was instrumental in building the shared services operations at IHS Markit, making it people centric and efficient for 16000 employees worldwide. His previous roles include Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Management (HR Business Partner) in Multinational Corporations. He has extensive experience working with Asian, American and European cultures providing a true multicultural and inclusive exposure. Shankar’s key strength is working with Senior Leaders and transforming their vision by creating value for the organisation through a powerful employee experience.
