Sharan is a passionate HR and Certified HR Practitioner with over 20 years of experience with local and regional experiences. She has extensive exposure to working across matrix reporting and fast-paced environments with internal & external stakeholders across Singapore, US, UK and India. Her exposure in multiple industries such as event management, education, hospitality, real estate and now retail with a proven expertise in leading transformation, talent acquisition and performance management, Industrial & Employee Relations, succession planning locally and regionally. Her HR Generalist experience also includes working with global and regional Shared Services team on HR initiatives and projects. Currently the Head of Human Capital for Bata Malaysia, she is responsible in providing leadership in key areas of human resource to support talent management and succession planning.
