Shazli is an experienced HR Professional with more than 15 years of experience with a proven track record as a leader across industries and geographies. He has delivered work across a wide spectrum including Talent Management, Operational HR, Organisational Design, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. Constantly at the heart of business transformation, he played a pivotal role in the recent formation of the Malaysia Singapore cluster for L’ORÉAL. Passionate about the people agenda, he is strong advocate for talent development and building strong, inclusive and forward-thinking workforce. Prior to L’ORÉAL, Shazli was the Head of HR for the Regional Product Centre in British American Tobacco working with talents across 8 countries on talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development and diversity.
