Siew Lee has over 27 years of HR operations, management, and business partnering experience with established companies in Malaysia spanning across different industries (including financial services, mass media, construction, retail, automobile, logistics, and more).

Her responsibilities have covered all of the main human resource functions of strategic human resources planning, including performance management, recruitment & retention, learning & development, compensation & benefits, human resources information system and employee relations & communications, as well as office administration & facility management.

In her vast HR management experience, she has successfully driven cultural transformation/change management projects, with proven track record to be capable of managing a team alongside strong stakeholder management.
