Her responsibilities have covered all of the main human resource functions of strategic human resources planning, including performance management, recruitment & retention, learning & development, compensation & cenefits, human hesources information system and employee relations & communications, as well as office administration & facility management.

In her vast HR management experience, she has successfully driven cultural transformation/change management projects, with proven track record to be capable of managing a team alongside strong stakeholder management.
