Vickey is a dynamic and motivated leader who has led strategic and operational projects in established international firms. A person who is resourceful and imaginative, she sees herself as someone who has appetite for learning and keeping abreast on new creative technologies. She believes in the concept of Learn, Unlearn and Relearn” to promote personal development and organisational growth. During the epidemic, she played a crucial role in the organisation by establishing “Cowayian We Care,” a terminology that brings the Cowayians together to ensure all are cared for.
