Vijay Subrayan brings more than 20 years of hands-on working experience in HR Management which included Industrial Relation/Employee Relation, HR Compliance, Employee Engagement, Migrant Workers Hiring and Management, Domestic Inquiry Handling, RBA and Foreign Worker Management.

He has his first degree in Economics (Hons) from University Malaysia Sabah earned in master’s in strategic leadership from University Science Malaysia. On top of that he holds EICC@RBA Lead auditor certificates which makes him one of few HR Leader who is on top of HR Compliance areas.

Vijay Subrayan one of the prominent HR Leader in Northern Region and currently holding position as HR Director of Jabil Malaysia in charge of HR Operation of Penang, Kulim and Sungai Petani manufacturing sites and Global Business Centre located at Penang.

Vijay Subrayan works closely with SOCSO, Labor Department, State and Federal Government Agencies, City Councils and NGO in terms of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility programmes.

He works closely with local council and state government in fulfilling one of the importance pillars of RBA and Social Responsibility requirement which are Environment and Community Partnership through various joint venture environmental and community activities
