Having spent a large portion of her early career in the pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries, Faith currently heads the regional talent development department at Herbalife Nutrition Asia Pacific. Based in Malaysia, her career has spanned across two decades where she has had exposure in generalist HR, OE, OD and Talent Management and Development specialist focus. Prior to joining Herbalife Nutrition, she was the Regional Talent leader at Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific and is passionate about fostering a values-based culture in organizations she works with.<\/p>\n
A servant leader at heart, she understands the challenges business leaders have with balancing the needs of the business and the needs of their people. Faith believes in leading with empathy and continues to champion values based leadership and people wellbeing in the ongoing VUCA environment. Outside of work, Faith enjoys a good cuppa with good company and volunteering her time towards the betterment of the underprivileged community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
