She has joined PropertyGuru in 2019 as Head of People \u2013 Marketplace, Malaysia where she is driving the talent strategy in a high growth market. Almas possesses core HR experience with dynamic industries like Banking, Advertising & Hospitality. With a diverse exposure to international HR systems and strong business acumen, she has an innate ability to cater to the different business needs as HR expert.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining to PropertyGuru, Almas has been associated with organizations like Citibank, J. Walter Thompson, Avari Hotels International and Soneri Bank Limited where she has managed a broad spectrum of talent management activities covering from acquisition to engagement and organizational development. Her forte is to spearhead the HR function while managing a firm balance with company financials.<\/p>\n
Almas graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Pakistan.<\/p>\n
