Innaci Dass Maria Francis obtained his degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the National University of Malaysia.<\/p>\n
Determined to expand his developmental horizons; in 1993 he joined as one of the pioneer management team members in setting up the then newly formed Second National Automotive Manufacturing Company – PERODUA.<\/p>\n
Innaci Dass had played a key role in orchestrating the development of the Groups\u2019 workforce and had been instrumental to introduce over 100 skills and developmental programs organized and conducted by the Company while managing the full spectrum of Human Resources in Perodua Sales. Many of these programs received recognition from the Human Resources Ministry and were awarded National Accreditation with Certification from the Malaysian Government.<\/p>\n
After almost 16 years of experience in the areas of Leadership Development, Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources Training & Development, Innaci Dass was head hunted to lead Human Resources Division in Proton Edar Sdn Bhd reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n
Moving on, he was head hunted again for the position of General Manager, Human Resources in Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru) in 2013. He embarked on TelBru\u2019s transformation journey by rebranding the HR department. Management focus and substantial investment were re-channeled to enhance Human Capital Development.
Currently, Innaci Dass with RIDA Group of Companies, Khartoum, Sudan as Group Human Resources Director, provided executive-level leadership in cultural transformation and organisational change initiatives as well as restructured the business procedures for better performance with clear reporting processes.<\/p>\n
Innaci Dass is a strong believer in peoples\u2019 potential and consistently finds ways in developing them towards the \u201cHigh-Performance Individual- High-Performance Team- High-Performance Leader- and transforming the Organization into High-Performance Culture\u201d.<\/p>\n
