He is a Master NLP Coach and Time Line Therapy practitioner certified by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Certified Mentor Coach with the ITD World & International Coaching Federation. With his 20 years of experience in learning and development, he designed and conducted many Leadership, Management, Business workshops, Sales & Service, Coaching and Mentoring programs. He facilitated Central Asia Leadership Academy in Bulgaria and Middle East Leadership Academy in Oman.<\/p>\n
\u00a0In 2015, his designed program won the Silver Awards for the \u201cBest Employee Engagement Strategy\u201d in the Asia Pacific under Loyalty and Engagement Award. In 2016, one of his programs won \u201cBest HR Strategy in Line with Business\u201d under Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards and in 2017 \u201c, Best Leadership Development Program for Workers\u201d under the Golden Globe Tigers Awards.
