Adzlan has more than 20 year of HR professional experience and hands-on expertise in total reward domain, job evaluation and talent management across various industries including Global, diversified and sustainable integrated agri-business, Multinational Insurance and Takaful, Commercial and Investment Banks.<\/p>\n

He excels in managing total reward and organizational performance, talent management, leadership development, balanced scorecard, fostering effective organisational culture and engagement, achieving human resources operations excellence, HR governance, Merger & acquisition, benefits harmonization, and leading HR digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Adzlan was recognised as the brainchild in crafting the innovative investment which won him an award in the United Kingdom in 2015 and he orchestrated the winning of other accolades in 2015 and 2017 for the company.<\/p>\n
