She has extensive exposure to working across matrix reporting and fast-paced environments with internal & external stakeholders across Singapore, US, UK and India.\u00a0Her exposure in multiple industries such as event management, education, hospitality, real estate and now retail with a proven expertise in leading transformation, talent acquisition and performance management, Industrial & Employee Relations, succession planning locally and regionally.\u00a0Her HR Generalist experience also includes working with global and regional Shared Services team on HR initiatives and projects. Currently the Head of Human Capital for Bata Malaysia, she is responsible in providing leadership in key areas of human resource to support talent management and succession planning.<\/p>\n
