Constantly at the heart of business transformation, he played a pivotal role in the recent formation of the Malaysia Singapore cluster for L\u2019OR\u00c9AL. Passionate about the people agenda, he is strong advocate for talent development and building strong, inclusive and forward-thinking workforce. Prior to L\u2019OR\u00c9AL, Shazli was the Head of HR for the Regional Product Centre in British American Tobacco working with talents across 8 countries on talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development and diversity.<\/p>\n
