Rilla Amrullah

Director, Human Resources

Ninja Van Malaysia

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#ffffff” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content” sticky_enabled=”0″]Rilla Amrullah has spent 16 years figuring out what makes people and organisations actually work. She started her HR career at one of Kuala Lumpur’s leading plantation companies, building her foundation in performance management, total rewards, and HR analytics. She then moved into the startup world, across SaaS, game development, and Web 3.0, where the pace was faster and the playbook was often still being written. That mix of corporate structure and startup agility shapes how she approaches HR leadership today: practical, grounded, and always focused on what actually moves the needle for people and the business. She’s a firm believer that the best HR work happens when you listen more than you talk.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_divider divider_style=”dashed” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=”View other 2026 Judges’ Profile” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_module=”15168″ saved_tabs=”all” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]
