Since then, she has spent 15 years leading HR strategic operations, advisory, management and business partnering, with companies in Malaysia and teams in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines, spanning various industries, such as, management consulting, life sciences, consumer goods, digital & social media marketing, technology and healthcare.<\/div>\n
Her expertise includes talent and performance management, organizational development, talent acquisition & retention, employer branding, learning & development, employee engagement, office administration and facility & security management.<\/div>\n
Pamela holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of the West of England, Bristol and called to both the Bar of England and Wales (2004) and Malaysian Bar (2005). She has been a panel speaker and judge for various HR awards and is a certified Leadership Coach and MBTI trainer.
