Passionate and Experienced Human Resources Leader being hands on with strong Stakeholder Management with close 2 decades of experience in managing Human Resources Generalists functions and Human Resources Strategy Execution in Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Safety & Health. Worked across various industries such like Aviation, Banking, Manufacturing & FMCG, Property Development, Hospitality and Oil & Gas.

Zacharias Rajagopal is currently the Vice President – Human Resources leading Global Human Resources Partnering with Bumi Armada for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, UK, Angola, Malta and Astrakhan managing over 1,200 workforces worldwide.

He holds a Masters in Human Resources Management, BBA in Human Resources Management, Certificate of Industrial Relations, Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) and is actively involved as the Industrial Advisory Panel for Taylors University, University Malaya and SAITO
