Alesxis anchors her professional experience with over 20 years in leadership positions across the fields of sales & marketing, service operations and people. She is presently the Head of Learning and Service Quality at Far East Hospitality Management, a Singapore-grown hospitality management company with an international presence. She is responsible for shaping the Singapore-inspired high standard of work and service cultures across the Far East Hospitality group of hotels and service residences. Working alongside the business leaders, she employs leading human capital practices to formulate and execute strategies to enhance the experience of colleagues and employer branding.
She honed her knowledge and skills in customer experience, workplace culture and people management in her time with some of the leading luxury hotel groups, and her time as a consultant, where she leveraged her strength to support organisations in various industries: airports, business space solution, financial institution, oil and gas to transform their service and sales culture.
