Amanda is a seasoned HR leader with close to 18 years of experience spanning regional and global roles, where she collaborates closely with the Leadership team and oversees all aspects of the HR strategy, championing performance management, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.

Amanda is currently the Senior Vice President, and Head of People for Edelman across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, she plays a critical role in steering HR strategy, embedding a high-performance culture, and elevating the employee experience across Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Amanda’s portfolio spans talent and performance management, leadership development, change enablement, and DE&I — partnering closely with business leaders to translate ambition into action. Known for her collaborative leadership and future-focused mindset, Amanda champions people-first transformation that drives both culture and business outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Second Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA with Merit from the University of London, where she was awarded the Women Leader Scholarship.
