Amber has over 20 years of HR experiences from diversified industries covering F&B, FMCG Retail, Hospitality, Aviation and Engineering. Currently Amber oversees the HR function of Crystal Jade Group of Chinese restaurants in Singapore and she believes in cultivating teamwork, grooming the team for higher level and is a hands on, self driven individual. Having been in retail and service industries for the past 20 years, Amber loves the fast pace and dynamic culture where everyday there are new challenges.
