Gey Wee is currently the HR Director for ECCO’s Global Shoe Production & Sourcing division, headquartered in Singapore, with a 15,000-strong workforce in six countries. He started his career as an entrepreneur before taking on a role as the Senior Consultant in an eLearning consultancy film. After which, Gey Wee took on a Training Manager role in a niche training centre with close to 200 instructors. Subsequently, Gey Wee took on new challenges as a HR professional in three other large corporations before his current role in ECCO.
