Anita is a career HR professional whose expertise in HR has been deeply informed by 20+ years of working in senior roles in human resources in multinational corporations in Travel, Education, Animal Nutrition and AgriTech industries.

Anita is an ICF-Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Management of HR from Baruch College, CUNY. She is currently part of a pioneering team, the world’s first truly vertical seafood production system. Working towards achieving Singapore’s 30 by 30 goal, build up our agri-food industry’s capability and capacity and a larger food security and sustainability vision. She has spearheaded several human capital projects significantly influencing employee engagement and talent management.
