Calvin Tay is a senior Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of international and Asia Pacific experience leading people strategy, organisational transformation, and talent initiatives across multinational organisations. Currently serving as Vice President, Human Resources for Greater ASEAN at Li & Fung, he partners with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce transformation across the region.

Throughout his career, Calvin has held senior country and regional HR leadership roles supporting workforces of over 10,000 employees. His notable achievements include leading the HR transformation of DITO Telecommunity during its rapid growth phase, building and leading a global HR organisation of more than 100 professionals across 54 countries at SF Express International, as well as driving large-scale business and workforce transformation initiatives across telecommunications, logistics, supply-chain, and financial services sectors.

Calvin holds both an EMBA and MBA from U.S. universities. His leadership philosophy centers on aligning people strategies with business outcomes while building high-performing, accountable, and future-ready organisations.
