Calvin Tay is an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources (HR) Practitioner of more than 20 years’ experience across both International and Asia Pacific regions. He has worked in various Multi-National Companies at Senior Country and Regional Level positions with workforce greater than 10’000 population.

Calvin is currently the HR Director for China Telecoms Global, Emerging Markets PTO business and leading their HR transformation for the third Telco in Philippines, DITO Telecommunity. Prior to China Telecoms, he was the Chief HR Officer for S.F. Express International, leading a HR team of over 100 personnel across 54 countries globally. In his earlier days, Calvin has accumulated over 10 years in Financial Services sector serving in various senior regional roles with Citibank, State Street Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald Group.
