Esslin has been in the retail and fast-moving consumer goods industry for most of her 18-years career in HR, starting from a talent acquisition role to talent development before moving on to a more strategic HR leadership role in the last decade.

For the past 1.5 years, she has been in the consumer goods space, as the Human Resource Director for the global sourcing business for Tupperware Brands worldwide and partnering with the Economic Development Board to set up the Center of Excellence for Tupperware’s global sourcing business unit in Singapore.

Esslin is passionate about working with bright minds from diverse backgrounds and culture, having the opportunity to build functions from scratch and transforming established ones from good to great. When she is not busy building teams, she would be at a yoga studio, boosting her mental wellness bank.
