George Xavier is a highly motivated HR professional with an innovative and people-centred approach to solving complex business challenges and shaping high performance cultures at leading global organisations, including GE, JPMorgan, Emirates NBD, and HSBC, by using business acumen and the HR experience acquired across Asia and the Middle East over the past 20 years.
He is currently Head of HR for the Asia region at FLSmidth and is based out of Bangkok. He works with Group CHRO and as part of the Global HR Leadership Team, is responsible for the HR Strategy and aligning it to overall business initiatives in the region, for delivering a consistent and high level of HR services to the organisation with a strong focus on DEI and creating exceptional value for our shareholders.
