She held various senior leadership positions within the organisation, shaping the new state of new HR Service Delivery across Asia Pacific, as a former profound APAC Compensation & Benefits Leader and previously the Chief People Officer for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia. She has great passion in making a difference to people and organizations through her skills and energy, as she believes that when people grow, the business will grow.
