James Loo is Managing Director and Group Head of HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems at Group Human Resources, DBS Bank.
In his role, James drives the efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the bank’s global markets, as well as the integration of AI and digital technologies to further optimise HR processes, enhance HR capabilities and overall employee experience.

James has extensive experience spanning the HR spectrum, notably in talent acquisition, talent development, people integration, formulation of HR policies and processes. James has held previous roles as Head of HR for DBS Bank Taiwan and was also Group Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to his tenure at DBS bank, he has also held HR roles in both public and private sectors, and across industries.

James holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business (IT) from Curtin University of Technology.
