Jane has been in the retail industry for most of her 20-year career, spanning all retail formats, from focused brand companies to multi-brand retailer.  As a Human Resource lead, she has been involved in the development of HR strategies, organisational structural manpower planning, recruitment strategies mapped into the organisations business directives, stakeholder talent acquisition, store manpower setup & openings and starting up a new brand.

For the past 3 years, she has been in travel retail, heading the Human Resources department as the Director, Head of Human Resources for Travel Retailer, Shilla Travel Retail, Singapore.  Based in Changi Airport, she works with top international beauty brands and partners them on manpower representation in the travel retailer.

Jane leads a team specialist from recruitment & talent acquisition, employee management, compensation and benefits, learning & development.
