Jassy is the HR Director for KrisShop Pte Ltd and is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the area of HR. She was part of the due diligence team, responsible for the take over and integration of the employees into the newly formed entity KrisShop Pte Ltd.

Prior to KrisShop, she was the Divisional HR Director at FJ Benjamin and Assistant Vice President at MediaCorp where she was responsible for the business partnering function.

Jassy had been a Senior HR Manager for SMRT Corporation where she headed up the International HR division and was involved in overseas due diligence work. She also helmed the HRM division which included the Executive Compensation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement and Shared Services functions.

In her career spanning more than 20 years, Jassy has made significant contributions to the welfare and development of employees across many organizations, which include start-up companies, TLCs, MNCs and government agencies.
