Joanne is the global head of Global Mobility at Otis, the world’s leading provider of elevators, escalators and moving walkways which employs more than 72,000 employees worldwide.  Over the course of her international career that spanned 25 years, she has accumulated experience in pensions consulting, HR, compensation, benefits and international mobility matters with multinational companies in Canada, UK, France, Malaysia and Singapore, and in diverse industries including high-tech, life sciences, e-commerce and infrastructure.

Joanne holds an Actuarial Science degree from the University of Calgary, Canada, and a MBA from the Nanyang Business School, Singapore. She also holds active global certifications in Total Rewards and Global Mobility, i.e. Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Mobility Specialist – Talent Management (GMS-T).
