Jovin brings with her 16 years of diverse HR experience, spanning both corporate and start up environments across public and private sectors. A passionate people developer, she believes in crafting opportunities rather than jobs. Currently, she oversees the HR department at 8M Real Estate, where her role entails advising business leaders on organisational design matters to drive an engaged and high performing workforce. Before venturing into real estate, Jovin spent the first part of her career in the public sector where she was exposed to the larger national imperatives in the economic development sector. She designed and delivered strategies on employer branding, talent management and leadership development. Jovin graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in business, majoring in HR consulting. Her accolades include certifications in DISC and career advisory. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jovin is a passionate arts patron and enjoys enriching conversations over a cup of tea.
