Kelly has more than 25-year track record of delivering improved quality, supply chain optimization, capacity, growth, productivity, talent maximiser and transformation. She is currently with Monde Nissin as the Chief People Officer, SEA. Prior to Monde Nissin, she headed the human resources, quality and reliability as well as procurement functions in the electronics manufacturing, wafer fabrication and tourism industries in Singapore and Far East South Region.

Kelly is also an experienced Singapore Business Excellence Award senior assessor for Enterprise Singapore where organizations are assessed against the internationally benchmarked framework in leadership, strategy, customers, people, processes, knowledge, and results. She had assessed many organizations – MNCs and SMEs, in public and private sectors across various industries since 2004. She was awarded the Gold Jacket in 2019, the highest assessor accolade.
