A graduate in Molecular Genetics, Lance opted to venture into “Talent Acquisition” as she realised her dedication & passion for People. She has since established a career around building and connecting talent, partnering companies across Asia through Executive Recruitment and Leadership Consulting with a niche specialism in Fintech, Media, Supply Chain & Luxury Consumer.

Currently, she is with Fiserv Inc., a global leader in Financial Technology & Payments, which has been named FORTUNE “World’s Most Admired Companies” for the seventh consecutive year. Transforming talent conversations and people engagement has always been her driving force.

 Before this, she was with Comcast NBCUniversal and Luxasia Group as their Head of Talent Acquisition, leading teams and building talent strategies across 15 countries in Asia Pacific.
