Monica is an IHRP – Certified Professional and currently working as the People, Performance & Culture Manager at Silverlake Group. Prior to this she has been associated with Barclays, HSBC and Atos.

 As a strong believer of women empowerment and equality, she is involved with WeDu & YSEALI, where she mentors young girls to achieve their fullest potential and guides them towards the right direction based on their life goals. In her free time, she likes to travel and explore different cuisines.
