Neelima is a Strategic and innovative Human Resources leader with broad international experience across Asia Pacific markets. She currently heads up the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise at Stryker Asia Pacific, based out of Singapore. Her expertise lies in working with business and HR partnering teams to conceptualize, design and implement Rewards, M&A and International Mobility solutions that have a strategic impact.
Prior to Stryker, Neelima worked with Baxter International Inc. in various roles in the areas of Total Rewards and HR Business partnering. Having lived and worked across Asia in India, China, Malaysia and Singapore over the last decade, Neelima has a strong appreciation for diverse and a multi-cultural workplace.
