Oi Sin Chok through effective people strategies. As the Director, Group Human Resources for Carro, Southeast Asia’s largest used car marketplace, Oi Sin leads the development HR policies and practices to support the company’s growing ambitions in the region.

Oi Sin brings with her over 16 years of experience in multinational companies and start-ups, including senior positions at Citibank, TNG Digital and Green Packet. Her expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including total rewards, business partnering, HR operations, and organisational design and development.

At Carro, Oi Sin successfully orchestrated a transformative HR strategy in line with the group’s rapid expansion in Asia-Pacific, including spearheading initiatives on learning and development, talent management, employee engagement and communications, and talent acquisition, which allowed the group to successfully establish its operations in 7 markets, and win industrial accolades for its people practices at numerous regional awards, including last year’s Employee Experience Awards.
